For XANDOR Automotive it is important to help and support our local community. Especially during the time of the pandemic, we see it as our duty to help those in need.

Our Chomutov Team in Czech Republic jointly set a good example on how to support the local communities. In March 2020, at the beginning of the worldwide outbreak of Covid-19, our colleagues of our Chomutov plant have started the production of face masks for children and adults which were delivered to Chomutov’s local hospital, specifically to the department of obstetrics and gynecology to help containing the spread of the virus.

In October, the same team showed initiative by supporting the hospital in Ostrov nad Ohri. This time, support was given to people with long term illness who are stationed in the intensive care – after care ward. Due to the high number of infections, the patients of the after-care ward are currently not allowed to be visited by family and friends. With the donation of two tablets, patients are given the chance to see their family and friends via video calls.
